SEARCHERS

The "Searchers" is our Monday night group where boys are presented with the Good News of Jesus Christ in an attractive and meaningful way. We have an active and varied programme comprising of:- games, singing, learning Bible verses, quizzes and stories.

The children are from families who are not members of the church so we seek to build bridges with these families and invite them to other church services. We have over 60 children on the register who have been at some time since September with an average of 25 children each week.

Each week the children are given a small card with that week’s verse and a simple explanation to help them learn the verses.

We believe in the importance of helping the children to learn Bible verses because we never know how the Lord will use that knowledge in the future.

We have a team of 7 workers, all committed Christians, and our desire is that boys and girls will come to trust and love the Lord Jesus Christ for themselves.

 on Mondays

6.15 - 7.15 p.m.

September to July (during school term times).
